Brian Horton is a Ph.D candidate in the School of Communication at The Ohio State University. His work primarily lies in the area of language and social interaction, communication theory, and human computer interaction. Currently,he is working on projects related the use of computer agents in various genres of online environments, the functions and uses of prosody in conversation, and the developing ecologically valid methods and measurements for assessing the “entertainment experience”.

In his spare time, Brian fills in as a guitar virtuoso as part of the local Columbus sensation music revue, Bastard Amber. "You have paid more to see worse". Check our website for touring information.
